1991: Afsluttet Letlands Musikakademi, kordirigentklasse. Bestået afgangseksamen med udmærkelse (Bachs Johannes Passion).
1989: Grundlægger det professionelle kammerkor “Sacrum”, som har vundet adskillige internationale priser og har fået en Grand prix for flere CD indspilninger.Fra 1994: Kunstnerisk leder af Vidzemes Kammerorkester
Fra 1995: Underviser på Letlands Musikakademi som dirigent- og kontratenor-lærer.
Fra 1997: Kordirigent ved Letlands Nationale Opera.
